Hi,
Im new to weight gain but after a football injury this year do to me being small I dont want it to happen again. Im 6 foot 1 165 ,i used to be fat but i grew gaining no weight over the past year or so. I play and start the line, mainly bc of my height, Right offesive tackle and defensive end. I need to figure out a way to gain weight but to get faster or at least maintain my current speed. HOW CAN I GAIN 30-40LBS IN 7-8 MONTHS ????!?!?!?!?
Anyone have any suggestions or programs that would help me achieve my goal of weighing 190-200lbs??

Mcfat, try the special mass program. Set it up with the accompanying nutritional plan and eat like a demon from the "grocery list for the body builder" found pinned at the top of the nutrition board.Everybody's metabolism is different so nobody can predict how much weight you will gain but you can sure increase your strength. You have to be strict, stick with it and eat very frequently and cleanly
