Hello all, here goes today is day one of the new me;hence the freedom name...I like using weights which most females do not but I also have an elliptical trainer. Any tips on what to start, etc? Also due to external circumstances I can't eat literally, any good replacement shakes or bars you would recommend for me? Also I was told I shouldn't work out both upper and lower body on the same day, but I could do abs every workout...Help please!
