I need quick meals!!!! I don't have time to cook. some people use not having time as an excuse to not workout. I do workout but I don't have time to cook. Not everyday, not one day a week- we're talking about near 30 meals. There have to be quick meals to buy or something. I'm almost willing to just live off shakes if necessary. This is a major problem for me. HELP!!!!
By the way, when it comes to bench presses, if my lower back and butt lifts off the bench on the last rep, is that such bad technique that it defeats the purpose?
I don't know of any quick meals short of protein shakes and bars.
I struggle with the least rep on the bench sometimes too. I don't have a spotter, so I assume it's ok, but I'm not sure. Maybe one of the trainers can comment on that.
Your lower back can arch a little and all that will do is put more pressure on your lower chest, but your butt should stay in contact with the bench at all times.
