I just weighed myself and measured my arms. I lost 2lbs but I also lost 1" of muscle . What is causing this muscle loss?

I don't know for sure without further info but it sounds like you possibly could be overtraining or have the wrong diet. Are you in a cutting/definition phase? Need more info dude.

you need to eat right bro...get your protien in every 3 hours. don't think its from cardio because some of dudes I know swim a lot and shoot hoops all the time but still have HUGE arms.

Are you sure it was muscle loss? Are you any stronger? You will notice fat loss in the arms and legs way before any other place.

I'm not to sure about what I've lost because my strenght is still where it was before this loss. When I look in the mirror I see muscle definition and they look the same to me but when you look at yourself you see what you want to see. I have been working on myself for almost 10 weeks for this BFL challenge and to lose a full inch just before the end is quite a shock. It just appears that all that hard work went down the drain. I know I'm ahead of when I first started the program and I've made a lot of progress and I won't quit but I just need to know if I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks for the info I'm not sure about the protien because I'm taking it as I should. I haven't started the protien diet as sugested by FT yet but I have the diet. Maybe that is it because they suggest protien bars which I haven't purchased yet but I do take the protien mix.

I am in the cutting/definition phase but I didn't expect muscle loss. I don't think its over training because the FT training program has me resting muscle groups for a week at time but I am doing more exercises per muscle group.
