i'm 20, male, 70kg, 5'6". can somebody out there help me shape myself up??? i want to increase my upper and lower body strengths and tone up my chest and abs... problem is that all i have for exercise are dumbbells and an elliptical exercise machine... unfortunately,i also can't go to the gym and work out due to time constraints... this is my last resort, hopefully someone out there would be so kind enough to help me out. thanks in advance!
