Hey ive been workin out for about a month now. My goal is to get bigger, im at 170 right now but want to get up to 180-185...My workout is; Mon. Chest-abs-running, Tues. Legs, Wed. Back-abs-running, Thurs. Shoulders-forearms, and Fri. Biceps - Triceps... Im liftin heavier weight 6-8 reps. I can tell my arms and legs have got a lot harder, but still look the same size? How can i get the size i want? I also run 3 times a week for about 20 min. but still havent lost my gut. Im eating right, and i quit drinkin pop. I was told i should be eating 5-6 times a day in order to get bigger...Any advice would be helpful. I want bigger arms and legs and a six pack...what am i doing wrong??

eat more....no secret here...you want to get bigger you have to start eating more...

drop the cardio if you're trying to put on weight...

When you lift weights focus on big exercises....like deadlifts, squats, standing overhead presses, chin ups, etc...
