Hey ive been workin out for about a month now. My goal is to get bigger, im at 170 right now but want to get up to 180-185...My workout is; Mon. Chest-abs-running, Tues. Legs, Wed. Back-abs-running, Thurs. Shoulders-forearms, and Fri. Biceps - Triceps... Im liftin heavier weight 6-8 reps. I can tell my arms and legs have got a lot harder, but still look the same size? How can i get the size i want? I also run 3 times a week for about 20 min. but still havent lost my gut. Im eating right, and i quit drinkin pop. I was told i should be eating 5-6 times a day in order to get bigger...Any advice would be helpful. I want bigger arms and legs and a six pack...what am i doing wrong??
