i have recently started counting calories becuase i am trying to lose about 10 lbs. after two days... i notice that i am getting about 1200 a day... and i feel like i am eating plenty.. im never hungry.. but many say that 1200 is starvation!!... but i dont want to eat more if im not hungry... so i guess im wondering if anyone knows if it is bad to get only 1200 cals a day

You have no profile and give no pertinent information, like how much you weigh, how old you are, how many calories you were eating before you dropped to 1200.

1200 is rarely enough for most people.
