Here is the problem! I do cardio 4 to 5 times a week:1hour of bike and 30 min of shadow boxing and hitting the heavy bag. I don't eat fast food nor any kind of bad food. I drink water and some milk. To now i can't get rid of the belly. I want to have 7% of body fat. What do you suggest?

i eat 4 to 5 times a day
don't know exactly but i say two times more protein.

I prefer to do high intense cardio sesisons compared to an hour long session. I will warm up for about 4 minutes on the eliptical or bike and then hit it as hard as I can for 16-20 minutes. I also do a high intense sprint workout outdoors. I will get warmed up and then start doing sprints for 40 yards or so and then rest for a minute. I do this for 16-20 minutes. There are several benefits to this. After a high intense cardio session you will burn calories for 2-3 hours. An average intense session will burn calories for about 45 minutes after your workout. These post workout calories burned are where some of the real calories are burned. It will also be easier to get 2 sessions in a day and spend less time doing it. I like the bag workout. That is going to be a future purchase for the home. Not sure how intense you go at it, but if possible go at a more intense rate and cut down on the time.

Forgot to add, but do you do ab work? I have seen some skinnier people, but they still have a soft looking stomach. This might give a false impression of a belly.
