I used to weight 140 and I am 21 ,5'2, female . In the the last 6 months i lost 40 pounds, thats good I ' m proud of myself but i lost all my muscles now I don't have a butt so now I'm trying on putting some muscle. I would like to know some supplements that could help me on that.

You will have to start eating nutritious foods, and do some resistance training. Good to see that you want to look good!:big_smile:

Welcome to freetrainers! Just like carivan said, you need to start eating nutritious foods. Keep your body in a anabolic state by eating every 3 hours. Do some resistance training as well. Good luck! :big_smile:
