HI Everyone this is my first day using FT. I am very frustrated with my weight. I graduated at 95 pounds back in 96. I started putting no weight in college I graduated college in 2000 at 125 pounds. Four years laster I am at my highest weight ever 160 pounds. I feel uncomfortable in my own body. I am a 5'1 female. If anyone has helpful advice I would appreciate it. Thanks

mbrobst40, You need to fill out a profile. Do you work out? Do you follow a diet?

Yep I see it. Just continue to follow the workout programs from FT and the biggest thing for losing weight is your diet. Don't starve yourself!!! Try to eat every 2-3 hours a day. BB1 put together a grocery list for the weightlifter. Follow that. Remember to eat if you don't your body will go into survival mode and start to burn muscle instead of fat.

Thanks for the advice
I am following their program and on the days off I am doing an aerobic class. The eatting is no problem. I went on weight watchers last year and they teach you how to eat. I just wasn't getting enough exercise with it.

You'll feel better when exercising; better quality sleep, more energy, the appetite is better controled and you'll feel happier and contente.
When you feel lazy just think about all the good things and there you go! You'll succeed. Good luck!

Does anyone know if anyone reviews our fitness plan numbers that we submit? Do they make changes from those numbers?

Nobody looks at your numbers. My workout intensity seems to grow with each completed 8 or 12 week program. If its not my imagination, then the computer does it.

:dumbbell:I recently signed up myself and I'm trying to get back on track. I stopped for about 4 months and even though back then I didn't have a problem with stamina and the diet, right now, I feel like if I continue working out for 3-4 times a week after going to the office, I'd die from fatigue! I would just like to find out how I can sustain the energy to normalize and stratify my workout routine along with work, diet and everything. :dumbbell:

Make sure eat a good breakfast if you are going to the gym in the morning. I have a cup of green tea as soon as I get home too.
