I recently started working out again. I want to start going 3-4 yimes a week. I'm 20 years old (F) 130lbs. 5'9" tall I'd like to loose weight and sculpt Britney Spears abs. I need help from someone to tell me what kind of routine I should be doing when I go to thew gym. HELP me please. Right now I go on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes then the bikes for 10 minutes and then I do 50 ab workouts (60lbs.) please help me I need advise

I reccommend that you sign up for the 12 week ab program here at FT. Make sure your diet is in check. You can have all the abs you want, but with out a proper diet you will not see them

Definitely check out the routines here and watch your diet. At 5'9" I would imagine that you have very little weight to lose. Perhaps you just need to gain muscle and firm up? Anyway, be sure to make sure that you eat enough. That's always been my biggest problem....you'll never make changes without proper diet. Also, incorporate weight training into your program as well. It makes such a difference!!!
