Hi, it's a new year and my resolution is to lose weight. I am 17 years old, and I'm currently 140 lbs. I have no way of getting to a gym, or even paying to go to the gym, and sometimes I give in to sweet temptations. I only want to get rid of my inner thighs, and tone my stomach. If anyone has some advice please help!

gotta stop eating the sweets, and if ur wanting to lose weight ur caloric output has to be more than u caloric input....lamins term u have to eat less and excercise more, and like people have said many a times u can't " spot reduce" that is u can't get rid of fat in certain areas........but to help out with the leg problem i suggest on running, and run some stairs too, maybe do a lil jump roping, as for stomach u can do many kinda of crunches.....twisting crunches, leg lifts, v ups,crunches, reverse crunches there are many many more, you can always go buy some dumbells theres always a way
