I am a part time student during the day and I work a twelve hour rotating shift at night. I get off at six in the morning and sleep until it is time to go to class. Then I come home and take a nap before either studying or going to work. My eating habits are very bad and it is hard for me to find time to go to the gym or workout. I am about 40 - 45 pounds over my ideal weight and I need to lose the weight. I am doing this for my health and happiness. I am also planning a wedding for next March and the stress is starting to build already. Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about taking TrimLIfe. Any info about TrimLife?

I know others will post on this but i can give you some pointers. One is taking Trimlife might help but if you rely on pills, and other such things toloose the weight you will fail. The best way to do this is to make a choice, to remain at your current lifestyle, or make some changes. You might have to loose some sleep in order to exercise. You need to eat, as well...most dieters that starve themselves to loose weight, slow thier bodies down to the point where it is most hard to loose. Also they losse muscle which burns fat, and is needed to loose fat. So what do you do? You start with small steps, maybe walk on a break or start doing a exercise tape before bed. Lifting weight is a plus if you have them. I know finding time is hard but all you really need is a hour a few times a week to see a difference. Try eating 5-6 small meals spaced thru the day, making them of protein (higher than normal), and good carbs like veges and grains and such. Also drink a lot of water. You will find that as you make small changes it gets easier and you start to want to do more.....I hope this helped out. Good Luck, and search the posts here this topic comes up every day here LOL!
