I have been working out hard for the last month at my gym and I got weighed and I gained two pounds. But I lost a half an inch in my waist but gained an inch and a half in my hips and thighs. It seems every time I work out I gain in my legs and they are my problem areas. I watch what I eat I exercise 4-5 days a week. Can anyone give me some suggestions.
