This is a very fun new tool for me. I'm in a cutting phase right now and wanted to see how far off I was in terms of nutrition, etc. The calculations for nutrient break down certainly were right on target with what I had determined from my other research. Good to know.

Hmmm, what to tell. I've been body building since April 1, 2001 and really only succesfully making progress since January of this year. Not for lack of trying before, I did all my workouts with intensity, but the food was as bust and didn't help me transform.

I'm 36, married for the past 16 years to my boyfriend of 19 years and am his partner in business as well. No kids, a dog, lots of social butterfly activities always and... just happy to be here.

Well hello there. Glad everything seems to be working out for. I have found that at freetrainers they are pretty accurate on diet and exercises according to a couple of books I have read. I have been working with freetrainers for about 4 months. I don't have the luxery of working out at a gym though I do have the convenience of working out at home. My exercises are somewhat limited in what I can and cannot do but for the most part I can do everything. There is always improvising to acccomplish what needs to be done. I think this is the first time I have responded to anyone and thought it might be fun though chatting would be nice. Anyway, have fun and stay in great shape.

I have been weight training for around 9 years now on and off (never stopped doing other sports thou) but I didn't really succeeded to put on any muscles before I changed my diet....
It's funny how much the food you eat determinates your results.

A big welcome to you Margaret, nice to have you in here with us!
