Hi, why don't you enrol the kids also in your workout programme? That would probably help channelize their energy, as well as give some definite time for your workout? I'd certainly do that when I have kids.

Hey Jill, welcome. I have two kids and I can honestly say that if my wife wasn't as willing to trade off with me watching the kids, my workout history would of been brief. Is there a gym on post with a kids room? Or one nearby. My daughter loves to go to the gym with me because they have a lot of toys and a TV. Good luck!

Welcome to FT. I know you will enjoy this site as much as I do. I only have one child right now but my son loves going to the gym with me. He loves playing with all the other kids in the nursery. Also, I think the on post gym is free for military wives also. I was in the military and there were a lot of spouses that went to the on post gym at FT.Stewart. all they had to do was show their I.D. card. ANyway, Enjoy getting in shape and take care of yourself.
