I get really bad headaches the day after I do a shoulder workout day. I can feel it starting in my upper middle back and in my shoulders up my neck to the lower back of my head. I always try to check in with posture when I am doing the exercises. Sometimes they get so bad that it feels almost like a migraine. I have stopped exercising my shoulders lately due to this problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone ahve any tips?

Could be nerve related. Have you seen a chiropractor? What excersices are you doing?
