MY weight bounce up and down, my goals are to weight 175 by next summer time, but im having trouble keeping my weight up, im trying to stick to a strick diet of eating clean and eating a 400 calorie snack every 2 hours between breakfest, lucnh, and dinner but its just not cutting it, i might skip a meal once a day but i try to make it up at the end of the day but im just having trouble keep weight on, i work out 4 to 5 times a week, i have a good program, i can work out but i just can eat right....help....
