Having troubles maintaining weight......

MY weight bounce up and down, my goals are to weight 175 by next summer time, but im having trouble keeping my weight up, im trying to stick to a strick diet of eating clean and eating a 400 calorie snack every 2 hours between breakfest, lucnh, and dinner but its just not cutting it, i might skip a meal once a day but i try to make it up at the end of the day but im just having trouble keep weight on, i work out 4 to 5 times a week, i have a good program, i can work out but i just can eat right....help....

are you tracking all your calories? this would be the easiest way to make sure you are getting what you need to maintain your current state.

how much are you fluctuating? remember there will always be different numbers coming up because of what time you've eaten, water weight levels, etc.
