Hi, it's me again. Yesterday, I got the tape measure to measure my progrss-I came to the sad conclusion of doing hard work for nothing-I just noticed a gain on my thighs of maybe 1 inch-I felt so dissapointed, I wanted to give up-why is it so hard to gain weight! But, adding that extra inch on the thighs could also prove that I could be o the right path. I'm trying to eat more--I'm taking two servins a day of Muscle Milk since almost two weeks(each serving with milk, two scoops, is 638 claorise, and has 30 g of protein. I mostly want to build an inch or two around my hips, and one aroud my calves-but I don't knw if that would be too much to ask. Help!!!

I, too, am an ectomorph (I'm assuming you are as well) and know what it's like to be the hardgain type. However, do not despair! The fact of the matter is you will eventually gain weight, it's simply a matter of time. If you want to stay natural, you will have quite a few months of training before your body begins to take on the shape which will begin to fill out. The had work is never for nothing... it is doing your body good.
