I am a new member and have been working out for the last three weeks and so far have lost 5 pounds. (Not much, but I am starting to notice it) The one problem that I am facing is I dont know what to do for the area right above the breast underneath the armpit. I know what to do for my arms and my chest but that area I have no idea. Any suggestions????
