I have ample muscle tissue, but I got this soft look about me. How do I get my muscle to harden up and get the "hard" look? 5'10 200lbs about 14% bodyfat (estimate). I was at one point about 8-9% bodyfat with eight pak(abs), but muscle tissue still had a "soft" look to it. Anything I can take to harden my muscle up? I don't want to risk lifting heavier weights (prone to injury). Thank you.
