i was shown this work out and i fidn it to be the bets one yet for my hamstring.
you get a bug medicin ball.(one of those big rubber ones).
you lie on the ground and brige yourself on the ball. once you do that then you curl cur legs in by rolling th ball inwards with you toes. if done corretly then your tippy toes will be on the ball and not your whole foot.
sounds like whole lot of trouble for nothing to me.
