Hi everybody, i would appreciate your input on my situation. for the past year or so i've had a hamstring injury, i saw a bunch of doctors, had mris, and nobody found anything. i finally found a doctor who said my left quad is much smaller than my right and i should bike a few times a week in order to get better. i started doing that and feel better. the problem is that i'be been on a mass building workout plan called MAX-OT for the past few months, with awesome results. Now i dont have the time or energy to bike and lift weights each day. With max-ot i was working out mon-fri, and now i have to bike at least 2 of those days. My main goal was to get biggger, but i understand that I have to switch that now. My body fat is about 20 percent so i figure I could focus on losing some fat and just getting in beter shape. Could anybody recommend a weigh training/cardio split? because of school and work, i cant do both in one day, and i hate biking in the gym, i only do biking outside. I also play basketbal for 4 horus saturday morning, so i normally dont like to bike after that.
Thanks
