i was just wondering if it matters what form you take glutamine in? does it make a difference if you take powder or capsule? is one better than the other?
As long as it's an adequate dose, it doesn't matter. Loading for the first week like creatine is a good idea. I take the powder 30 min. before workout and 30 after. I teaspoon is a dose.
