With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Its pretty difficult to say if your small for your age if we don`t know age...:) there isn`t really a special method in getting taller-just eat plenty and do alot of exercising (cardio) and get enough sleep too. and stay off drugs there ain`t anything else i guess.
