Hello, you can call me Jack or just by my username. I've never had an actual workout plan before, even though I've thought about it for a long time. I'm a horrible procrastinator, but I decided that today is the day that I just need to get up and do it. So I did! My primary goals are to build upper body strength, although overall I want to be fit. I'm still young, so it seems like a good time to start.
