Hello Bdattel, 

How are you doing??? 

I have been working out from around 2 years (ofcourse with short breaks in between). Its been like very routine workouts at my gym (even after changing to another gym). So, just like to get some fitness tips and different excercises which will really work for me.

Height: 172 cm, Weight: 68 Kg.

I am doing great. Having a good morning. What exercises are you currently doing? I like to change up my workouts, keeps it interesting and your muscles respond better to change. I also like to enjoy what I am doing. I enjoy lifting, step aerobics, yoga, hiking and biking, oh, the stability ball is great too. I workout at home, I can't afford the gym right now. I want to join a gym because I like the atmoshpere there. I've been exercising for 26 years and I probably will continue for the rest of my life or as long as I can. I am 5' 8" amd 150 lbs or 177 cm and 68 kg at least that is what the converse program said I was. I am about the same size as you. :)

Thats great Brenna.. I have been maintaining same weight from 2 years. I am happy with it. But, I would really need motivation for doing Abs & Core. Currently, I am doing 2 in a Day workout, Monday - Chest & Tricieps, Tuesday - Lats & Bicieps, Wednesday - Shoulder & Legs, And same again for Thursday, Friday & Saturday. I leave sunday for rest.

What workouts are you doing? Are you into body building earlier??

No, I've never been a bodybuilder. I just like to stay toned. Gotta fight that gravity.:) I do two total body wieght workouts every week. In between I do cardio and wieghts for endurance. I work my abs almost everyday. I take a day off when I am real busy or feel I need a rest. I like to mix things up because muscles respond better to change. I like working out with DVDs. You should get a stability ball, it great for your core and a lot of fun. Yesterday, I did my total body routine. I have a friend coming over today to lift wieghts but she is a beginner and I want to focus on her so she gets a better workout, not waiting on me to finish. It's fun helping someone to get in shape.

Thats great Brenna. I have stability ball in gym. But, I never used it.
