it's summer, and i'm out of school for 2 months. I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds, because i want to go back looking GREAT. I've always been slightly overweight, and i would LOVE to finally be able to go to the lake and hang out with all of my friends without feeling uncomfortable.
follow a diet plan and a workout routine. You can try one of the programs here at FT. I think if everything goes well, 20lbs loss in 2months should be achievable.
I would also strongly advice a fitness routine even after you reach that goal and the 2months just to stay healthy and keep in shape.
