graduate school/work- when do i exercise

Working 40 hours a week and taking 10 credits is leaving me with little leftover time for exercise. I keep missing workouts, eating just so-so, and am often lacking sleep. Does anyone has any tried and true suggestions for how I can juggle everything?

My fitness goals are to build mass and to cut out sugar/alcohol.

prepack your lunch & snacks that way the snack machines don't get you

if you are walking on a treadmill - grab your books & read (I go alittle long that way)
