Plyometric training in conjunction with resistance and flexibility training will get you the results you're looking for.

ultimate burpees you dont use anyweights but after a few sets they burn like crazy

they've got a little video clip of someone doing them you cant tell really well but at the end you jump as high as you can.

power lifts like power cleans will help, as well as squats for overall leg strength.
