This is addressed to the user goldengloves:
I haved boxed in awhile, and I'm trying to get back into it, so I was hoping you would be able to let me know what you do for your boxing routine. I consider myself to have fairly decent bosing skills, and want to get back into it for the skills and the cardio of boxing. I have been doing some of what I used to do, but I wanted to change it up, and I thought you would have some good insight. Also, if there is anyone else out there who has some input, please feel free to coment. Just to let you know, I have a heavy and speed bag. Thanks in advance for anything you can help out with, and if you have any questions, please let me know.

Not GG but I'll give you my opinion anyways. Id improvise if I were you, everyones body is different and can handle different intensity of training.

I use a simple one like below:

4*3min skipping
3*1min shadowboxing in between the skipping
4*3min of bag workout
2*3min speedbag

Sometimes I might do this on the same or different day:

3*70 pushups
3*50 situps
2*20 pullups
2*20 dips

Shoulder exercise:
3min of holding 2 5lb dumbells upfront and rotating them in circles.
1.30min of Arnold press of the same dumbells.
1.30min of side lateral raises.
3min of 1-2punch whilst carrying dumbells.
3min shadowboxing.

The dumbell exercise usually leave my arms burning with pain and pleasure aswell as a tear in my eye. Will increase shoulder endurace very much, which is very important in boxing.

If you got a partner have a 30min session practicing defensive movements and counterpunching.

Thanks for the input, it looks good, and I'll probably try it out tonight. Thanks again.
