I have a question regarding an exercise plan that I have just created via FT.
I am going to be doing the "Gain Muscle Mass Training"
and it will start on December 22 and will continue to February 16 of next year. I have a question about week three. Week three starts on Jan. 5 and continues untill Jan. 11. On january 6 I will be leaving on a vacation and will be coming back on the 12.
This would null week three in my eight week program.
What do I do?
I will not be able to go to the gym on the 12th as I will just be ariving from my vacation and it will be late. The following day seems to be more appropriate but that would be week four and would hinder the program even further.

Because of the fact that I am leaving on the 6th, I don't want to leave my training because of the few days that are ahead of me. But then again Christmas and Newyear working hours could limit my options.

Please tell me what would be the best thing to do.

I would adjust the dates so that the start date on your program is the first Monday after you are back from your vacation. Go ahead and pull the program up and work the parts of the plan that you can just don't fill anything in. About the only thing that should affect is the weight you will be using and reps performed. Don't waste the days before you leave. Working out is working out. Go on vacation, have fun, enjoy the holidays. Watch your diet though. But when you get back get busy. Good Luck.

a lil extra rest will never hurt you.....but if u would liek to get a lil work out in, this is what i do before i go to bed at night( 1 hour or so before bed time or u could do it in the moring what ever u fancy)...go by some of those excerice bands, there about 5 bucks from where ever u shop, and if u would like egt a jump rope....what i do is put cd in one of my favorites that i can just listen to all the way through . put ur foot in the middle of the band and u have got a posistion u can do laterall raises, front raises, bent over laterals, curls, hammer curls, reverse curls, one arm trip extensions, make it shorter and u can do kick backs, and lawn mower pulls( if its not enough resistand u can buy two or double the cord)do all these excercises over and over again( circuit mode lil rest as possible) do about 20 or 25 reps per excercise about 2 or 3 sets, then do some push ups how ever u like 25-50 or do them in between the circuit in reps of 10....then do some crunches, any kind ulike....then u se the jump rope if u want for ur legs and calves.......or u can go runing whatever u liek to do .....just listen to ur cd and u should be done before it goes off( most cds are abotu 1 hour, it shouldn't take u longer than 45 mins though.....have fun with it it won't be liek a gym work out, but it will help out a lil and burn calories and if u do it right u might be a lil sore if ur not used to circut training if u ned more info i can put togehter somthing for u thats more "indepth" so u know exactly what to do
