Well i've been reading and people say to eat a snack about 2-4 hours a day. What happens if your in boarding school and you cant drive and only get served food 3 times a day then what should you do? Im 5"11 190 looking to loose wait but going to boarding school so I dont know what to do.
What kind of protein bars? And I dont know if I could buy enough bars to last me threw a school year. How many anyway? Also im looking for what to mainly eat during breakfast, lunch, dinner. I'll be playing sports alot so activity will be high and I dont know about weight lifting.
