I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice. I have just changes my profile to include both freeweights and machines, this gave me the option to include the glutes and thighs program which I selected. However, when I go into my personnel program my Abdominal workout is there to select but the glute and thigh workout isn't there. Does anyone have any suggestions?
