Alright, I have heard to much crap of about when to take what. I take 3-5 protein shakes a day, but not right before lifting, Is it a good idea to put a shake in my stomach right before I begin to workout? I also take one right after. Once again I have heard to much crap about when to take glutamine. WHEN? Before or after working out, all i want to know is when is the best time and why, because i usually take 5 grams AFTER lifting. Once again, when to take creatine?! I take 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams after lifting. I have heard people taking it right before lifting and right after but that doesnt really make enough sense because then it probably wouldnt be equally disputed throughout the day unless you wanted to spike your body with 10 grams just in an hour period, if taking it in the morning then later isnt better. Please HELP!
