GLUTAMINE CREATINE PROTEIN, WHEN TO TAKE

Alright, I have heard to much crap of about when to take what. I take 3-5 protein shakes a day, but not right before lifting, Is it a good idea to put a shake in my stomach right before I begin to workout? I also take one right after. Once again I have heard to much crap about when to take glutamine. WHEN? Before or after working out, all i want to know is when is the best time and why, because i usually take 5 grams AFTER lifting. Once again, when to take creatine?! I take 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams after lifting. I have heard people taking it right before lifting and right after but that doesnt really make enough sense because then it probably wouldnt be equally disputed throughout the day unless you wanted to spike your body with 10 grams just in an hour period, if taking it in the morning then later isnt better. Please HELP!

Too many shakes man. Eat more. You also waste the shake if you use whey any other time than post workout. Whey is absorbed quickly. Try cottage cheese before bedtime. It's slowly absorbed and helps you maintain protein levels all night. Glutamine is ok almost anytime but especially near workout time.Pre and or post workout is ok. Creatine should be taken 20 minutes post workout and consumed quickly. Some take half the dose immediately before and half right after working out.

from what i just read in M&F on glutamine, you should take 5-10g before and 5-10g after lifting. also, 5g of creatine after lifting.
