for example when i do my chest days some days i do lighter and some days ill do heavier. light would be about 10 reps at the most til failure and heavy would be about 5-6 reps till failure but when i do the lighter days i get more pump in my chest and it looks alot bigger and also my muscle feel more tired here is my workout chest exercise A day
incline barbel 4 sets
flat barbel 4 sets
incline flyes 2 sets
flat flyes 2 sets
decline flyes 2 sets
push ups till failure
anything im doin wrong. would it still be better to go heavy? i fill ill have more growth if i go lighter
