I've been traing 7 days a week with lifting 4 days and cardio 3 days. I take about 10g. of glutamine on workout days but not on cardio days. i'm gonna up my glutamine to 15-20g. a day for lifting nad cardio. Do you think this should do the trick? i'm also taking ZMA at night. Should i stop training 7 days and leave one day for resting completely? This happened to me last time i was cutting and training 7 days a week i think it's the lack of glutamine. just wanna double check.

You may want a full day's rest in there somewhere.

Try taking one of the four lifting days out and use that as a rest day.

If your cutting....mayeb cu tback to 3 days of lifting just to "maintain" the muscle mass.....and give you and extra days rest. Cause me persoannly I think weightliftng takes more a toll on me than cardio.

alrighty then a days rest it is. today is supposed to be a lifting day but i'm not really feeling up to it so i think it would be wise to rest up. then i will resume tomorrow. I think between work and working out 7 days a week it just takes its toll on my body.
