Ignore bad advise ^
A cetificated protien suplyment at very least 80%, a good mass training program that you can get from here and realistic goals is all you need.

fallen. I have been working out off and on,mostly on, for the past 3 years. I work out at home. Have a nice little gym that allows me to do everything I need. I have been taking protein shakes, bars, eating as close to what I should as I could. Taking creatine, have used glutamine. I have gone from 16" arms to just over 18. That is only the arms. Point being it will take a little time don't try to rush it. Just be consistant and keep doing what you are doing. The way you lift does make a difference. I have found that any question I have ever had has been answered here by quality people who know what they are talking about. I' sure you have heard Rome was not built in a day and it's true. Growth will come just be persistent in your routine and p.s. stay away from roids. You local health and fitness store would be able to help as well but do approach it with caution. Whatever you do don't stop working out as you will lose everything you tried so hard to gain, I recently found that out the hard way. Stay cool and in touch with us here at freetrainers.com
