Getting in Shape

I cant say I am fat or anything, I am just out of shape. I am 20 years old, have a 2 year old dauughter. I am 5'2 and weigh 126. I used to be in karate, well since I was 5 until I got my black belt when I was 12. Have not worked out really since. I am going for corrections in march, and I know i have to be in shape. So I am shooting for toning my body up, and today was my first exercises. I did the Billy Blanks tape, and after I did the exercises recommended. I feel so sore. One thing I had difficulty with was two exercises that I could not do because of lack of chairs and soda cans.:big_smile:. Not sure how that effects my progress tracker, but I have trouble with that anyway. I cant figure out how to track my progress after I submitt my exercises. O WELL. Probably tomorrow I will post a picture, so it will be like before and after. Wish me luck i got about 4 months.
