I had some much needed back surgery done a few years ago which helped to stablize and get rid of the numbness and severe pain in my leg, I can't seem to find a fitness routine that helps me with flexability, strength gain and wieght loss. any suggestions?
that is a rather complicated question! with out knowing anything about your situation...i would start out with LIGHT stretching to get to know your body better and find out areas of tightness that can be loosened up. becareful not to overdo it! just go for a comfortable stretch...it should improve gradually over time until you feel comfortable doing some physcial activity.
