This is my first post. Basically i used to go to the gym a lot for 2 years and while i got stronger and fitter in all areas of my body i managed to keep a layer of fat round my body and on my pecks. Im far from fat but im finding it impossible to loose that fat. I did 5 to 7 kilimeter runs in around 35 mins. But now i have slipped sicne going to uni and i want to start back, what is best way to loose this fat?
losing the fat is all about your diet, the excercise builds the muscle, but you need to eat right to get rid of the fat over it so it will show through
