i have hayfever, i only had hayfever for the 1st time last year, and this year it has started again :(. I was just wondering does anyone know any good remedies to help and are there any ways i can prevent my hayfever coming back next year? I know hayfever dosent have to be something u have all your life, i know people who only had it one year then never again, and i only first had it last year as i mentioned. I was really unhealthy last year didnt exercise or eat well, so i probably had a bad immune system, but I've started exerciusing recently, so will it improve my immune system and thus help hayfever? Also id appreciate any more suggestions on beating it
thanks:)

I though "hayfever" was an alergic reaction...
Didn't know it could be one time thing. More likely the people who experienced it only once had a spring/summer cold.
There are allergy meds out there designed to help reduce the symptoms of hayfever. Talk to you doctor or pharmacist about recommendations.

Claratin is not bad...... a lot of them like pyrotyn are not good at all with alcohol and can make you very drowsy the nasal sprays work very well.
Once you have hay fever you got it forever I think.

I've heard that Honey thing as well...supposedly as long as it's gathered in your area then you'll build up a tolerence to the allergens in the air. Sounds kinda a BS to me...but who knows.
I use Allegra on occassion...maybe 2-3 months out of the year when my allergies kick up.
