Hi, I've been trying to gain weight for the past couple months. By eating more I have gained 15 lbs already, I'm pretty pumped, I've never been able to put on weight before, and I can definately see changes in my arms and upper body. Only problem is I'm starting to get a "gut" now, any suggestions? or is this just to be expected when putting on weight and I should worry about it later on??
Same here. I've never been able to gain weight, but since I've started on FT 3 months ago I've gained 15 lbs. I've also noticed a bit of fat in the gut, not much just more than before. I've heard that in order to gain muscle you have to gain fat as well. I do very little cardio and eat a lot of "clean" meals. So I figured once I gain some more mass I'll pump up the cardo and try to burn the fat that way.
