Well, this is of cousre not for me. I work with this girl that is a toothpick. The hours and intensity we work are almost guaranteed to make us loose weight. She doesn't want to loose weight this cycle so she went to GNC to ask what they recommend. He told her to buy the GNC brand 100%Whey Protein (which only has 4g carbs per serving). I took this to lose my weight, so I explained it to her. The man at GNC swore she would gain weight with this. I know it will help to gain lean muscle, but she isn't interested in that. She wants to add weight. What should I suggest she take (mind you, she eats everything in sight). I was wondering if creatine would work for her. Please let me know what to tell her. We pick up this Friday. Thanks.

I hope she didn't buy the protein! She can gain weight from real food, but it doesn't have to be unhealthy foods.
I would suggest eating alot of the good carbs and fats and protein but not at leaning out levels. She should consume at the high end of the calorie scale. 13-15 calories per pound and save the $$$ on the supps. Spend it on food.
Hope this gave you some insight for her.

Make her snack on good things like (tons of) nuts and seeds and she needs to drink a lot of milk and eat other diary products.
No endless cardio or work out sessions, but keep it to around 45 mins max each time.
Instead of protein powder get some meal replacement bars or powder.
Good luck to you both!!
