Guys, If I eat a whole bunch of protein with calories (in 5 meals a day) but I still work out and do cardio 3 times a week for about 30mins or so, do I end up gaining weight or losing weight? I ask because my goal is to do both, gain muscle (size specifically) but at the same time lose fat. But you guys are saying that I have to gain weight in order to gain size. Well I am a little bit chubby as it is, and I don't really want to gain anymore fat. Muscle size would be much better! :)
