I'm 13 years old and only 120 pounds. My height is 5'4" (I'm Filipino ). I'm in 8th grade right now and highschool football is coming up. I have one year of football experience. For a good chance to make the highschool football team I have to be at least 150 pounds. I'm pretty fast and strong. I knocked a 155 pound, 6 foot, linemen on to his butt once.

So how can I gain 30-35 pounds in 6 months? Is it possible? I'm aiming for all muscle but a little fat for extra pounds.

Your going to naturally gain weight because your so young.

With weightlifting and a good healthy diet and you be fine!

Is it possible - No.
Does that mean give up - No.
Eat as much as you can (heathy that is)

#1 You'll slowly mature on your own...so that part of the gain will simply be there no matter what you do...
#2 Lifting weights will help you gain weight better than almost anything else
#3 Can you gain 30-35lb in 6 months? As a complete beginner and being so young it's not out of the realm of possibility but it's very very very difficult....it will involve a good lifting program and great nutrition(where you need to eat A LOT more food and do so with healthy choices)...and above all unyielding dedication to your goal....pretty much you must make this your life for the next 6 months....with school and social life....it's very very very difficult...

I would aim more for 10-20lb....and focus on gaining strength/power/speed rather than pure size. If no1 can catch you than your size is irrelevant to an extent....

whats a good workout with these equipment?
-Dumbells X2
-10 pound plates X4
-Resistance bands
-40lb. punching bag
-Ghetto chin-up bar (clothes hanger bar)
-My own bodyweight
-grip thing

i dont have much access to heavy weights because most gyms don't allow 13 yr olds...

No!

Menace3000 said it the best and my comment was base off the same idea I just didn't say it, your guna grow no matter what you 13.

Most Kids grow a bit between 8th and 9th grade and keep growing until about 17 to 19 years of age!

Bottom line to get even close to your goal your going to need to lift extreme and with a Trainer because it's obivious you don't know what your doing and will end up hurting yourself.

If you can get your hands on some more db or a straight w/ more weight that would be great. Stick to the big compound moves and their variations. For example
Military or Push Press
Bench Press - Flat & Incline
Pull Ups and Chin UPs on your Ghetto bar
Dead lifts - Conventional & Sumo
SLDL - RDL
Hack Squats - Lunges - Step Ups
Bent over rows & sindle arm rows with db
Bar Curls - Skull Crushers
There is alot you can do - some times you have to make due. The holidays are coming ask for a straight bar and more weights.

You need a lot more weight than that....you should be lifting in the 5 rep maxx. IE heavy but not heavy enough to mess up your growth plates. 10 lb plates wont give u anything at all

You need at the very least a barbell with 300lb of weight(no you wont be lifting this weight right away but in a couple years this will be easy for deadlifts and maybe squats).....powerlifting rack would be very useful with support pins(so u can go heavy and have a spotter if needed...and be able to do SQUATS)....a decent chin bar so you can do pull ups/chin ups with extra weight once u can do over 5 reps of bodyweight....chain belt for attaching extra weight to yourself on dips/chins....adjustable bench is the optional useful piece of equipment that you should also probably get....

DBs are helpful but not necessary...

As a complete newbie...you'd be doing a bunch of core exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench, bent over rows, standing overhead presses, etc).....google.... 5x5 program...there's one by Bill Starr I believe, there are many others....since you need the structure at least initially...you may also try to find olympic lifting clubs at your school or nearby gym....to see if they would allow u to train....olympic lifts are also very very good for you...they'll make you much more explosive/faster....
