hi I'm 15, 5'7 and weigh 109 pounds. Im trying to gain weight (fat and muscle) and I need some help. I'm going to start eating alot and taking supplements but I don't know
what brand should I take or if I'm too young to take it.
Also I'm going to start working out and I'm thinking of doing weights and pushups one day and abs and squats the next (I want to work out my body as a whole). Is that a good exercise routine?
thanx

Don't worry about supplements. ONly calories will put weight on you. Eat.

I usually eat a small bowl of cornflakes in the morning,
a sandwich (long one), some chips, couple cookies and juice
in the afternoon and a big dinner consisting of fish, meat, pasta etc. What I'm going to do is start adding 2 fried eggs, fruit and a glass of orange juice in the morning and add an extra meal 3 hours after dinner consisting of a breakfast SIZED meal. Is that ok to gain weight or do I have to squeeze in another meal?

You need to eat till you see yourself start gaining. Hold things up there till progress stops to avoid unecessary fat gain. Then when the gaining stops, at least 2-3 weeks, increase calories again. Your calorie needs for your desires we cannot put a 'number' on, we are all different. This is the best way to proceed, try to make about 1/2 of your increased calories from protein, this will help to alleviate some of the fat gain
