Basic question...Is this stuff worth it? I've heard its great for comming back from a joint injury, like a sprained ankle or something. Is this true? If anyone has taken it or is on it, give me feedback...Is it worth it?

Don't know why it would have anything to do with coming back from an injury. Simply a cell volumizer. One of the earlier hyped ones...works ok...if you can find it for a good price. You will get decent pumps, not much else from my experience with it.

skip it and take a supplement specifically to help you recover from the injury...

fish oil, celedrin, g/c/msm, cissus, etc....

most good supplements are almost never talked about... with exception of creatine...so when you hear a load of hype...mark it as a load of...and move on...

i took v12 turbo a couple months ago for about 4 weeks and had mixed feelings. I got a good pump and expereinced decent gains but it was a hassle becuase your supposed to take it 30 min pre workout and then 8 hrs later, and for me that ment taking my second dose around 12 and not being able to sleep. I prefer simply taking ON whey protein and glutamine but its up to you.
