I am 6'2 and I weigh 190 lbs. I am trying to shed the fat off my stomach to show my abs as well as keeping my muscle. Anyways, My ft. trainer nutrition tracker says I need 475 g of carbohydrates. Now, to me that seems way too extreme, and I says i need to consume over 3300 calories, how can this be? Should I follow it or should I not? A little help would be greatly appreciated.
