Just starting this Free Trainers 12 week Mass and strength program and just wondering if anyone has done or is currently doing it, if so, how are the gains? Does this program work? i mean i cant see too far ahead into my weekly workouts but ive i heard that perhaps the rep range for the exercises discribed might be too high for full potential mass gain. Also are all exercises accounted for? It seems on the first week, for monday which was legs, no exercise for the hamstrings was included, which i thought was a pretty important part of the leg routine, especially for building mass and strength. Love to hear some profosseional opinions on this one, more than one would make sense since we all respond differently. Thanks so much.

well, when i was a bigginer, FT 12 week mass helped me.
althou, later on, i found that it wasnt enough. as you are saying, there could be a lack of direct muscle training such as harmstring.
Also, i found that the number of excercise per muscle group wasnt enough neither, so i had to increase their number.
i think if you are a begginer, it will help you get along with the way you need to train in order to build muscle.
you can´t run without learning how to walk first.
so, if you think you need to work out a muscle more than they FT program is telling, go ahead. remember that we are all different, and this program is made for everyone.
